eNGINE is seeking an experienced API Test Engineer to own service-level testing for our REST-based APIs — the backbone of mission-critical, bi-directional system integrations. You'll design, execute, and automate test suites that ensure every endpoint is reliable, secure, and production-ready. If you love turning complex technical requirements into airtight test scenarios and care deeply about what happens at the boundary between systems, this role is for you.

What you'll test:

• Positive scenarios — valid inputs and expected responses

• Negative scenarios — invalid or missing data

• Boundary conditions — edge and limit cases

• Error handling — failures and unexpected inputs

Tools you'll work with:

Postman · SoapUI · JMeter · Ping API · vREST

What you'll need to know:

HTTP methods: GET, POST, PUT, DELETE

Status codes: 200, 201, 400, 401, 403, 404, 429, 500

Request/response headers and JSON request and response bodies.
