Role Overview

eNGINE is hiring a Business Analyst with Salesforce implementation experience to support one of our downtown Pittsburgh based customers. This individual will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, helping translate operational goals into Salesforce-driven solutions.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience supporting Salesforce initiatives, gathering requirements, and guiding projects through delivery while maintaining alignment with broader technology strategy. This position requires strong communication skills, experience working within Jira, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal business units and technology teams to capture and refine functional needs related to Salesforce initiatives.
• Convert stakeholder objectives into clearly defined user stories, functional documentation, and supporting project artifacts.
• Guide discussions with subject matter experts to identify business challenges and recommend system-driven improvements.
• Maintain alignment between project deliverables and the organization’s overall technology roadmap.
• Support Agile delivery by maintaining backlog items, assisting with sprint planning activities, and tracking work within Jira.
• Lead requirement workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to ensure accurate understanding of business processes.
• Communicate project progress, requirement updates, and potential risks to both technical teams and leadership.
• Evaluate the impact of proposed changes and help coordinate adjustments to ensure successful implementation outcomes.
• Provide guidance to other analysts and contribute to best practices for requirements gathering and documentation.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives related to project delivery and business analysis processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline; equivalent professional experience will also be considered.
• At least five years of experience performing business analysis activities within technology-driven projects.
• Hands-on experience supporting Salesforce-related projects or initiatives.
• Familiarity working with Jira or similar Agile project management platforms.
• Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to break down complex business problems into actionable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to facilitate discussions with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven ability to manage multiple initiatives while maintaining organization and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and build strong stakeholder relationships.

Preferred Experience

• Background working within large enterprise environments with complex systems and processes.
• Experience operating in both Agile and traditional project delivery frameworks.
• Formal training or certification in business analysis or requirements management.
• Prior experience mentoring or supporting junior analysts.
