Monitor and maintain server, storage, network, backup, endpoint management, and cloud-based systems to ensure availability and performance
Provision, configure, maintain, and decommission user devices, accounts, groups, permissions, and software in accordance with company standards
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, connectivity, authentication, printing, and application issues across office and remote environments
Execute routine operational tasks including patching, upgrades, system hardening, backup verification, asset lifecycle activities, and preventive maintenance
Support identity, access, and security controls including MFA, least-privilege access, device compliance, logging, and policy enforcement
Document configurations, procedures, standards, diagrams, troubleshooting steps, and support knowledge for repeatable operations
Participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, remediation, and recovery efforts for outages, security events, and service disruptions
Assist with implementation and administration of endpoint management, MDM, scripting, automation, and systems integration initiatives
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve escalated issues, manage support tickets, and maintain service quality
Support office technology, conference room systems, printers, telecommunications, and other end-user productivity services as required
Maintain confidentiality, integrity, and availability of company systems and data in all administrative activities
Execute other job-related duties, projects, and responsibilities as assigned by the Vice President of InfoSec & Tech
Support ad-hoc operational, technical, and administrative needs of the department and organization, including tasks not otherwise listed in this description
Travel to our satellite offices (currently located in Nashville, TN and Carmel, IN) on a quarterly basis
Travel to remote properties as needed
