eNGINE is hiring a Senior Product Ownerto support a high-impact, data-intensive application within a government-facing program. This is a unique role where you’ll operate across product, data, and quality—owning the full lifecycle from requirements to release readiness while working directly with senior stakeholders and client partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product delivery by writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria based on real data flows
• Translate business needs into clear requirements, reporting, and actionable insights
• Work hands-on with large-scale data pipelines to identify trends, anomalies, and risks
• Build and analyze data using SQL and AI/LLM tools where needed
• Lead testing efforts end-to-end, including test strategy, execution, and release validation
• Develop reporting that tells a clear story and supports decision-making
• Communicate regularly with senior leadership and client stakeholders

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong experience as a Product Owner on data-heavy applications
• Ability to work with data and clearly explain what it means to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Hands-on experience with SQL
• Experience working with Postgres and/or Oracle databases
• Understanding of data at scale and how systems process large volumes
• Background in testing/QA with the ability to own quality end-to-end
• Strong communication skills and ability to self-govern work

Bonus:

• Experience with LLMs or AI-assisted tools
• Background in regulated environments
• Experience supporting government or federal programs (highly preferred)
• Experience in financial services or healthcare
