As a Content Strategy intern, you will assist the department with their marketing efforts by assisting with updating content, measuring audience engagement statistics, conducting research and updating spreadsheets.

• Collaborate with Marketing Operations and Project Management on broader marketing efforts
• Post collateral on the internal content management system and website, including appropriate hypertext, metadata such as search engine optimization (SEO) keywords, audience restrictions
• Help coordinate compliance submissions
• Measure audience engagement statistics (web, email and other interactions)
• Conduct product, industry and audience research
• Maintain and update content data spreadsheets

HOURS/LOCATION:

• Full-time summer schedule working 37.5 hours/week and part-time school year schedule working 10-12 hours/week across 3 days. Work hours during the school year can be flexible/remote based on student’s schedule. 
• 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
